Best Barbecue: Every so often I get concerned about the future of barbecue in Central Florida. I mean, it doesn't keep me up at night, but I worry. Some old favorites have fallen from grace recently (one old standard didn't even show up on the Foodie radar this year-yours or mine) and most newcomers cater to a low common denominator-emphasis on the common. But O'Boys has maintained it's quality, and when things get dark I just order a big plate of ribs, pork and beef barbecue and I know everything will be OK.- Scott Joseph, Sentinel Restaurant Critic
