· Recipient must currently live in Orlando area and own the home that is being entered.
· Room should not have been renovated in last five years.
· Must be 18 years or older to enter.
· Limit one online entry per household per category.
· By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Contest Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Contest.
· Contest Winners: Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the entire Contest Period on or about May 1, 2009 by Central Florida Lifestyle Publications (CFLP) and will be contacted by phone and/or email by May 10, 2009.
· If CFLP is unable to contact a prize winner within ten days of the initial attempt to contact, if a prize winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if a prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prize winner shall be selected.
· By entering into the Contest, all entrants consent to the use of their name, area of home location, photograph (including photographs submitted by them to CFLP, if applicable), and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
· The Winner is solely responsible for the taxes, registration, and permits associated with the room makeover. In addition, prior to starting work on their home, the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring that the sponsor has proper insurance documents.
· The Contest Entities shall not be responsible for any design or construction defects, any merchandise or product defects, or any zoning or building code violations arising as a result of renovating the Winner’s respective room.
· All costs, taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Contest Winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are Winner’s responsibility.
· The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Contest shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
· Winner agrees to participate in a follow up article in CFLP which will include before and after photos of the renovation.
Entries from VS Publishing Company employees or any member of their household will not be accepted.
