Enjoy a Audio tour of Winter Park!

The Winter Park Historical Association has just unveiled Winter Park’s first ever audio walking tour. They have created an interactive CD Walking Tour of historic sites in downtown Winter Park. The audio CD, partnered with the walking tour booklet will soon be available at the Winter Park Historical Museum. A portable CD player may be checked out along with the CD then returned to the museum. The audio tour and the 15-page tour booklet are available without charge, thanks to the Florida Humanities Council partnership grant. The Winter Park Historical Museum, located in the north end of the historic Farmers’ Market building at 200 West New England Avenue, is open on Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sundays, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. There is no admission fee, but donations are gratefully accepted. The museum can be made available for school and civic groups at other times by calling the museum at 407-647-8180. you can also check out their web site.
